Shikai Ability:

Once Jinshimetsu is released, Shikyo erects a circular, glowing, spectral-like symbol around twenty meters from where he activated the technique from the zanpakuto's hilt. AS long as Jinshimetsu is released, the circular symbol will stand. Anything within the circular symbol, stepping on it or above it, is effected by the technique. Any attack that is launched from within this symbol and successfully hits Shikyo, while he's within the symbol, will be directed towards the person who attacked Shikyo with 200% of the attack in the form of pain. For example, if one were to slash through Shikyo's right arm while both he and the attacker are in the symbol, 200% of the pain Shikyo would feel from the attack would be directed towards the attacker in the same place he attacked Shikyo, which in this case it'd be his right arm. There would no wound and the damage would not appear, only the pain which is felt through the attacker's nervous system. Overall, the amount of pain the opponent inflicts is doubled. It is very unlikely that anyone (even low-class fighters and regular humans) would die of the pain. The pain, especially if the attacker attacked Shikyo's vital points, can cause the attacker to retreat, hesitate thr attacker, or leave an opening on them. This technique is especially useful for combos. If the opponent were to attack constantly without a two second interval, the additional attacks would add up the redirection percentages instead of directing it in seperate percents. For example, if an attacker were to slice Shikyo three times without rest, 600% of each attack that Shikyo would feel would be directed at the attacker instead of three seperate 200%s. This can cause the opponent to slow down, be weakened, or be vulnerable to counterattacks. For constant attacks, if the opponent hits Shikyo five times (1000%), their attack speed, speed movement, and reaction time will be slowed down by 25%. If the opponent attacks Shikyo ten times (2000%), the overall pain will numb and "override" the opponent's nervous system (since the redirection is directed towards that) for three posts. Until the opponent recovers from the immense pain, they will be immobolized and rendered defenseless. However, because Shikyo has been hit ten times, especially if his vital areas has been pierced, he would suffer actual wounds, damage, and similiar pain as the attacker. Because of that, he might also be slower which can give the attacker enough time to recover and kill Shikyo or Shikyo will also be immobolized/knocked out because of the damage inflicted towards him. The main key in avoiding that and using this part of the symbol to his advanatge is if he can absorb and endure more pain that his opponent(s). This is, however, a weakness to the technique besides the gruesome damage Shikyo would have to suffer. The opponent needs to be within or above the symbol for this to work, so if the opponent is five meters besides the symbol/twenty-five meters away from Shikyo, the attacker would not be affected and can use attacks like Cero to hit Shikyo without the pain being directed back at him. Shikyo also needs to be within the symbol for him to redirect the symbol, so if no one is within the symbol, the technique is useless. Jin Kagami no Fuzen effects anyone who wounds Shikyo, including allies.[/color][/center]

No I decided to make a new Zanpakuto and use it on this character.

But I don't know what you're all talking about, I only applied for the 6th Seat position of the 9th Division of Kougeki 13 (unless it's taken) , not a captain.
