Background and Personality
History
Long before Technology, or buildings or large body of civilization such as nations. In the early parts of life, when people were not police, but ninja, ninja who were elementalist and gifts in which to protect the villages they reside in for their leader, for their Kage, for their people. DUring that time a young make named Kagura, born in a clan of ninja with the gift of Nature synchronization. This is the story of how that young male came to be known as the Shinigami today.-
As a young child in the village of Konohagakure No Sato, young Kagura T. Tenshinchigi's parents were proclaimed died from an intense death from enemy ninja. During their deaths, Kagura however was only the amounts of years equal to five. He was already training himself in the arts of Samurai swordsmenship. He swings his unique gifted sword of the Katamari Dynasty who is the Daimyou of the Fire Country. With this being said. Megumi trained horribly tough with them, the dynasty were in synchronization and marrige law with priestess while the males grew up specializing in samurai training and females in spells of priestess. The daimyou who was the current leader of the dynasty had his son adopt Kagura when the news went out that his parents had fallen to the mighty blade of Konohagakure No Sato's ninja. Kagura was enraged when he heard the news but wasn't too devastated. He knew his parents were no good from the first place which was the start of his heart changing more into the dark, evil side. Sakimaru, the Former ANBU Member of Konohagakure who has retired, adopted Kagura as his father wished and took a huge liking to the young boy, him and his lover did and so did the boy to the couple. Kagura then found out how amazing his family was, how his foster mother preformed amazing rituals and spells without handseals but only prayers. She was a young and beautiful priestess who fell in love with Sakimaru and his nindo. Sakimaru, a skilled ninja who was actually good enough to be an ANBU captain resigned the offer to stay home and have a happy life with his wife, his lover who he cared dear for the most until he finally had a child of his own, to pass own his ninja Legacy but what he didn't know is that Divine however wanted to make all parts of his family happy and that was to be a samurai martial artist and ninja priest all wrapped into one being. Chakra and Chi, concentration and focus. Light and darkness. Decisions, Decisions went through the mind, body and sould of young Megumi who just made it six years of age. He was so young yet so much to deal with at a young age that all that childhood personality and all that negative energy, all the pressure thats making him going a bit insane formed slowly as he grew each second. He grew older and wiser, and at age seven he made his decision to make those that love him happy by mastering all four positions in this world. Kagura started with Being a Samurai and a Martial Artist. He trained for many years, training of the body, mind and spirit. Building Chi as he went on mind journeys to build his character, to know his place in the world. He climbed mountain tops along with his samurai and martial arts class. Fought and defeated many opponents. Using his Chi like Chakra, he was incredibly intellegent. This boy wasn't ordinary, he was different, as if a completely new person was right along side of him the whole journey. That Negative energy was growing intensely but that didn't stop Kagura from making his family happy. He felt something odd but didn't know what it was, he tried locking in himself with the world, with nature, being able to actually use his chi and all he has learned.Being linked with Nature is a great asset to Kagura's arsenal seeing as he was a born scientist and experimentalist.
Now He has done so from the age of Seven to the age of twelve where his Father's and Mother's part came in, where he had to practice being a priest and being a ninja aswell. He was a master of stealth already, he found his calling in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. He was amazing in such, soon after becoming a Genin, He felt hatred for the first time. Hating all that were stupid, hating all that were ignorant and non-serious because he gave up his childhood to please his family, he doesn't really give a care about how other's feel seeing as he lost a whole period of his life. Maybe it was the darker side talking, maybe that darker side was getting to Megumi but yet, that other half was giving Kagura a hella hard time. He had to name it and tame it as soon as possible to regain himself.
Akujin is what he called it but it wasn't enough. Akujin wanted to stay let alone take over completely but he settled with staying instead so, he had Megumi slay his neighbors each night until they moved away from the area around their home, leaving Sakimaru and his wife to move also which kept up the killings of young. During the chuunin exams, he brutally killed his opponents even in the written exam part. He was said the dig out the eye sockets of the young ninja nearby him with an ink pen and a paper airplane. During the one vs one battles he killed his opponents and kept going after they was dead.
He was young and pure evil. Priesting abilities for sealing, demons weren't too much of a problem but they were, they were the closets thing that can made his sinister actions. When he graduted he tried to redeem himself by calming down and doing solo missions by himself, Controling Akujin by sealing him under a mask. When the mask is off or broken, Akujin awakes and all hell breaks loose but luckily that haven't happen anytime soon. Now becoming a Jounin his goals are unknown but note that they mostlikely aren't sane. During his mission in Konohagakure, they were easy, hand to hand combat was too easy thanks to his mastery at Martial arts and chi, Weapon battle, very easy, his samurai skills were unmatched.
Ninja skills, superb and amazing, he was a swift killer, silent and mysterious. While his priest spells and seals were good aswell. So Easy, so fast, his skills will soon be acknowledged by a higher power one day. However during his time as a Jounin was very swift in comparison to other regular Jounin. He leaped the standards quite fast. After testing out to become a an ANBU of Iwagakure he succeeded the tests and became qualified to join the ANBU as so he did, explaining that his custom made porcelin mask he needs to keep on at all times and how he must use that mask instead of the animal ones. He gained his tattoo and armor under his custom clothing and his tanto and headed off into battle also ready for death. Kagura created an organization known as the Hitogoroshi under the guidance of a male named Orochimaru. Orochimaru was the fiend who only wanted immortality, he would do anything to stay alive and thats his goal. Kagura fell in the waters of evil as he aided him on his goal in high hopes that he will save nature in exchange for his assistance. Kagura never really got what he wanted because of that, him and Sinna however began expanding the organization anyway until Sinna was killed off by her cousin. They had a massively skilled brawl with ninja skills but in the end, Sinna fell to the might of his cousin. What sinna doesn't know is that her Cousin talked to Kagura about arranging the battle anyway and made a wager in which to have Sinna's cousin be the right hand of Kagura and take the place of sinna if she won. Which she did and that only helped Kagura in his personal goals even more. Utsu Giri which was Mearii's organization, along with Utsu Giri's partners, team hawk and Hitogoroshi formed a huge alliance together but what Kagura didn't know was another strong person was arising, Hidetoshi who wanted destruction on the hidden mist village, together Kagura of hitogoroshi, Mearii of Utsu Giri and Hidetoshi formed a huge organization. SO large that it dominates any threat that presented itself. Kagura, on his own, rid himself of his sins and met a wonderful girl who has a stronger connection with nature than him which made he exceptionally excited. But his rain didn't last for long, seeing as he died after battle with the very sin he rid himself from.
Now in the Soul Society, he exceeded everything easily, furious that he failed nature because he fell to the might of his own evil which ended in his own death. Kagura is burdened with Hate for himself. However the soul society academy presented to easy for him, he became a Shinigami. At first he was vice captain of squad 1, but the captain commander at the time, saw great improvement in his skills and promoted him as temporary captain commander when the captain commander was out due to serious and deadly wounds. He played as the captain commander for forty years until the actually one returned, giving him the rank of captain commander of squad thirteen. However his first battle was agaisnt non other than the now, vaizard Akujin, who defeated Kagura once again and bonded with him again, cursing Kagura to be half evil and half good once again. Bi-polar is something Kagura might be called by others who see him but don't know the situation. Sadly, Akujin is actually Kagura, Akujin is the Yin to Kagura's Yang, meaning Kagura his double the power but less the control.
Personality
Megumi is a very determined type guy with adventure, journey and sometimes compassion in his eyes. Don't let the love for nature fool you, he will use anything that is a natural resource agaisnt his opponents. He dislike all that destroy nature unless it's for the best to save others. Mindlessly cutting down trees who only supply oxygen for all life to live for room to build is pretty stupid in the eyes of Megumi but he doesn't let it bother him much. He just continues on his goal, on his path and become stronger his own way. He get's annoyed when people mock his abilities and automatically assumes he is weak only because he's young. His personality to his teacher, Megumi was forced to learn them all as fast as he could but he didn't mind. His family, all that is innocent and weak in the world, Megumi protects but their is a bit of darkness in his heart. As he grew up his darkness in that small determined and child heart grew evil and mysterious. To the point where it was so odd being even around him. He had to cover his darkness, his sins, his evil deeds and demonic heart with a mask. A mask that will completely conceal his sins from the open world. Sometimes, he speaks to himself on the situation that his other half is the mask. He names his other half Akujin.
Techniques (Optional, but good to have)
Dust Muniplation-Kagura, due to him still being a Tenshinchigi clansman, he has an ability in which relates to his genetics. He can muniplate either earth or wind but when combining the two, he creates dust, a form of earth and wind. He uses his dust as a protector, a full body, all the time, everytime defense system and sometimes attacking system. How can you attack using dust? Dust can create distractions, enough can cut the sight off an enemy or get into the lungs and destroy from the inside. It can act like smoke for get-a-ways. Clumping multiple dust can create a large, hard rock for attacking. It acts like hail when blown hard. It can actually do alot of creative things.
Chakra and Chi-Chakra is a form of energy, the same energy he was born with as a child. That energy he was born with along with Chi, the energy he devolped creates an alternate energy supply along with his spiritual pressure. As you can see, by fusing his Chi and Chakr together, something new, something unique, a different supply of energy.
Priest Abilities- Kagura was also a young priest. Priest are known for their spells, sealings and miracles such as rebirth and healing the dying. Well Kagura can do exactly that except revive himself because if he did, he wouldn't be dead.
Fade From Existance-This technique is something you have to see through if your just looking at it by name. Fade from Existance is a technique that absolutely fools the minds of his opponent's by having them believe Kagura is Dead from an attack or action that happened. It's as if all signs of life leaves. The opponent cannot, Hear, smell or taste Kagura. Kagura is replaced with a dead version of him in the form of how he would have died if he didn't use this technique. The Spiritual pressure, chi and chakra vanishes slowly as if he's dying and vanishes if he's dead, depending on the situation of 'how' he died. In reality, Kagura is still there right next to the decoy. All senses of life faded from the real Kagura and went on the decoy and as the decoy slowly dies or dies, the real Kagura waits to kill the opponent when he's off guard.

He asked Teshimo with a questionable smirk, one so devious, and sinister is unbelievable however it was nothing compared to the other sinister smiles Aizen had. Megumi shorted out his lightning and then poured so much energy and focus into engulfing his zanpaktou in lightning that the color of the lightning changed from light, sky blue to black, sinister red, matching the crimson and black eyes he weilded so professionally. Having the form of a six pointed black star embedded design on his pupils. Then, Aizen dropped his smirk."Child, I'm here to grant you my gift. To completely rid you of the other half you pocess. You will now officially become full hollow rather you wish or not. Your concern for the fact that Gin or Tosen is here is non of your buisness. Just accept your true destiny by the side of hollows where you were destined to be from the first place." Aizen stated as he indicated Megumi using handsignals non-chalantly. "Or die by the zanpaktou of your own kind." He said coldly, as if he didn't even care if they were somewhat of friends, the cold, heartless gleam in his eyes and the bang of his brown hair swung slowly as he stared at the child.
"You heard Lord Aizen." He said, the lightning so powerful it wouldn't even be controllable to most however, it didn't even put Megumi under stress let alone death. "You may have fire and lightning, but that is little compared to true energy. You WILL do as he say without question, without another word or you death will be immediate. I do not play games when it comes to getting what I need." He said as his unique eyes nailed their vision on the vaizard infront of him.
"Oh please calm down Megumi." Aizen said with a grin as he appeared suddenly, with a split milisecond of time appeared about in the eyes of the vaizard. only three to four inches apart. Aizen made sure that the lightning does not effect him at all through experimental testing meaning the only one that can die would be either Megumi or Teshimo. "Teshimo, I believe you don't really have a choice."
