How does one apply to become a fraccion of an Espada? Must I get permission from whoever is the Espada first, or...?

Because in the rules page, it only says that if you want to be related to a canon character you need permission from the person who owns the canon and an Admin; and said nothing about Fraccions at all.

Yes you will require permission from the Espada to get a fraccion spot.

And like,
in the character application form, do I have to put something like 'agreed to by ---- already' ?

Yes, you need permission from an admin as well. And yes, you will have to put "Agreed by" in the application.

One last question, do I make a profile for the OC first before asking for permission to become a fraccion, or do I get permission first before creating the profile....or does either way work?
