Description: Jagon, also referred to as the Power of Gods. The power of Jagon has something to do with the very existence of life and it may be used to destroy or transform just about anything.It is represented by a bird-shaped symbol which glows red when active.

It manifests in the eyes, and with continued use increases in power, eventually becoming uncontrollable and spreading to both eyes. When a Jagon is at full power, a person can then become a recipient of the immortal's "Code", that which grants them their immortality. This new immortal receives the Jagon mark somewhere on their body, immunity to jagon, and the ability to make their own contracts with others (perpetuating an endless cycle). Every Jagon power has its own unique set of both abilities and limitations, the way Jagon manifests itself in a person is determined by the person's deepest/truest desire.

Shidou's Jagon

"The Power of Absolute Obedience," allowing him to plant commands within a person's mind upon eye contact in a manner comparable to hypnosis. Activation of his Jagon is visually represented by the manifestation of a Jagon sigil in his left eye. Commands dictated in this state are written into the minds of the designated targets once the sigil projects from his eye to theirs.

Restrictions
Only affects the nervous system.

Commands must be issued verbally.
The victim must make direct eye contact for commands to be issued. The maximum effective distance is 272 meters. Line of sight via a reflective surface is sufficient for the effect to occur. After his Jagon evolves, he can give commands to the victim without maintaining direct eye contact. The effective range has also been increased.
Commands may be issued only once to any given individual, but any number of commands may be issued at initial application so long as eye contact is unbroken.
The victim will not perform any action disallowed by their physical or mental capabilities, though they will try to carry out the command to the best of their ability. For example, a victim will not be able to correctly answer a question they don't know the answer to, but will direct the user to someone who can if they are able. However, commands that affect the mind or consciousness, such as telling the victim to forget something, will take effect despite the fact that the victim could not normally force themselves to do so.
An action will be carried out for as long as dictated in its command, or upon the indicated conditional circumstance. Eye contact does not need to be maintained for command execution to occur.
The victim's memories for the duration of command issue and execution are sealed and cannot be recalled.

"Ward of Absolute Suspension", which is the ability to suspend the subjective sense of time of everyone within a given range. Those under its effect are frozen in place for the duration of its activation. When activated, a Jagon sigil manifests in his right eye and projects a blue sphere representing the area of effect. Its range is determined at activation; while no upper limit is given, it can at least reach several hundred meters. Physical obstacles or electronic equipment do not hinder its effectiveness, nor does it require eye contact. The same people can be frozen repeatedly.

The weakness of Shidou's Jagon is that his heart stops when he uses it, limiting its activation to short bursts. The range also determines the amount of strain it puts on him. Finally, it is unable to stop inanimate objects or physical phenomena such as speed and momentum.

"Absolute Defiance," allows him to transfer his spirit (along with his Jagon) onto another person, but this is only achieved when his original body dies.

"Absolute Forsight" This allows Shidou to see 5 seconds into the future and predict his opponents moves.

"Absolute Destruction" This final move allows Shidou to focus in on a specific point and can force that point to collapse in on itself, ultimately sending everything in the vicinity to another dimension.

Attacks

Kirigakure: This technique envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.

Mizu: He creates clones that can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Suiro: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This move can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Shidou himself. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak, but not breath.

Suiton: Technique takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water.

Bakusui Shōha: Water erupts from the the moister in the air and a wave erupts beneath the users feet, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speeds, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks; the technique consumes little to no spirit energy due to simple water manipulation. When used with shidou's enormous spirit enegry, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water attacks.

Goshokuzam: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and water sharks come out of each finger to strike the opponent in five consecutive attacks. These sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

Suikōdan:This technique forces water to attack the opponent in the form of a shark. [Size of a Karakura Building]

The user can reduce all or part of their body to a watery form, avoiding and absorbing attacks. They re-solidify at will. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body for sutable reasons. When the user passes out, they are turned into a jelly-like state.

As this technique turns Shidou's body into water, he is vulnerable to lightning techniques.

Gōkakyū: After performing the necessary hand seals, Shidou inhales air via his mouth and gathers up spirit energy in his chest, then spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. Shidou can do this technique without making a ring over his mouth. The fireball may ignite externally.

Hōsenka:This technique sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.

Karyū: First the user inhales air and then exhales a long stream of incredibly hot fire from the user's mouth like that of a flamethrower. Shidou is able to use this technique with such an intensity that the flames become white.

Haisekishō: this technique also produces a combustible material prior to ignition. The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim, though only the flesh facing the user (where the ingition starts); thus the damage does not cover the entire body. Despite this, it is still fully capable of disabling an enemy due to the burns. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

Hōenka: Shidou jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors.

Gaon: Shidou creates a ball of spirit energy in his palm and ignites it with a fire technique. He then hits the opponent, causing a blazing maelstrom of fire, reducing the victim to ashes.

Hanachiri Mai: This technique allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort. (Each petal is mixed with spirit energy, making it as strong as steal and as sharp as a shurikin.

Goryuka: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It is able to alter localized weather conditions by condensing water vapor with extreme heat to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air.

Background and Personality
History: Shidou is from an ancient clan known as the Hikari Clan and most of his background info is mysteriously unknown. They specialize in elemental techniques and were gifted with the ability known as Jagon. A draw back to their power is the hand seals they must perform to innitiate these elemental attacks. Some cane take up to forty hand seals and take alot of time to prepare. Shidou moved to Karakura town at age 13 and began combating the hollow that lived there. He went to school for a few years but his geniusness made him grow bored with most of the delenquints there. Shidou dropped out of school and has ever since been trying to find his place in the world. People reject him because of his weird hand seals and abilities. Shidou realized this when a group of "Shinigami" tried to kill him. Shidou used his Jagon on them and ordered them all to forget who he was in an attempt to avoid a fight. Eventually, more and more came. Shidou's goal now is to find people like himself and...find his own purpose.

Personality:Personality-wise, Shidou is a stubborn, short-tempered, occasionally confrontational, spontaneous, determined, outspoken, strong-willed, impulsive young man. Despite being witty and cynical, he is shown to be genuinely compassionate and empathetic about others such as bringing a sick person flowers or soothing others when they become doubtful. He is also extremely protective of his friends and family. This latter trait is the driving force behind most of his actions. He attempts to maintain a detached and "cool" image, despite claiming to not care about what other people think about him. For this reason, he generally keeps his face set in a permanent scowl with his eyebrows drawn together. However, despite this "tough guy" image he tries to maintain, he becomes extremely shy and uncomfortable around nude or immodestly dressed women. He is also rather cocky and has been known to taunt and belittle his opponents when fighting. Conversely, he can also go into a state of deep depression when he loses a major battle or lets a friend down. Shidou has a habit of misreading other people's names as well...

Although his cocky, hot-headed, and spontaneous nature (as opposed to his true personality) makes him appear rather dimwitted to more composed and calculating individuals, Shidou is a capable analyst when required, and can instinctively catch on to some things much quicker than those around him. Shidou claims that he does not care about other people's opinions about him, and seems to enjoy fighting people.

OOC:I know I'm using a few jutsu of Naruto, but its how I role play. I've been doing it like this for years and every site has been okay with it. I read the rules and realize obviously you guys are cool and don't mind it either. Your probably going to ask about my Jagon, well, the only way it is OP'd is if I force hit somebody. The first two abilities I MUST PM the person I plan to use it on and get their consent, afterwards I tell them what I plan to do with it making it not GM'ing or OP'd.
